Pilates is our thing. We have different class styles so you can decide how you want to move. All our classes are open level, so we work with your individual needs within a group setting. We love building connection and community, so we keep classes to a minimum of 6 people.

Pilates is for every body. The one thing physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors wish their clients would do is Pilates.

Pilates produces longer, leaner muscles, improves postural alignment, increases core strength, balance strength and flexibility, heightens body awareness, and prevents injury.


During our classes you will use the reformer and studio equipment to create a dynamic form of exercise that builds core strength while testing stability with a rolling carriage and resistance springs.

Daily practice for big results.
